What is Easy Appetite?

Easy Appetite is a food ordering website. It was created in 2012 and is dedicated to making ordering takeaways as simple, cheap and fast as possible.

We have signed up a range of partner restaurants to Easy Appetite and you can view all their menus and place your order online. We have a wide selection of restaurants available with more being added all the time.

To place your order simply select your location, select your preferred restaurant, select your items, then tell us your delivery time/place and confirm your order!

Why Should I trust you?

Easy Appetite is a product of Regoj Technologies Ltd (RC1029278) a rapidly evolving IT firm registered under the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are official Partners with all Restaurants and Eateries listed on our platform and deliveries are handled by the respective restaurants. No third party handles your Meal.

How do I order?

Finding a restaurant:

We list restaurants based on the location you select on our homepage. When you select your location and click search. We will then show you all restaurants which can provide delivery to your door or from which you can collect your food based on that location

Selecting items (Modifying order):

Once you have chosen a restaurant click on it to view its menu. You will then see the menu categories on the left panel which are clickable (ie: continental dishes) and can view all the dishes (ie: Jollof rice, Coconut rice...). Many dishes will have a short description underneath.

To add the item click "add to cart" this will then add the item to your cart on the right hand side. To cancel an item, click on the x sign beside the item in the cart.

Log in:

Once you have selected your items and wish to order, click "checkout". This will bring you to the next page where you can log in or fill in your user details to signup. We ask you to become a member in order to facilitate your future orders and keep track of this current order. Your login will be your email address. A password will be sent to your email address which you can change when you login to your Easy Appetite account and a code will be sent to your phone number which you will be required to fill on the verification page.

Payment page

You will be required to select your payment option; ASAP (card payment) or cash on delivery


You can "confirm" your order which will then be transferred to the restaurant. Please ensure that your telephone number is correct as we will be unable to transfer your order if this is not valid.

How do I pay for my order?

Before confirming your order you can choose to pay either "cash on delivery" or many of our restaurants accept card payments online. We use Eyowo as our gateway.

Why is there an extra Processing fee for card payments?

Easy Appetite must pay for the facility to take payments online on a per transaction basis. As we are simply an intermediary between customers and restaurants we have no choice but to pass this cost onto the customer. This is the reason for the extra amount you pay at the Eyowo payment page.

Why is there a Processing fee for every order?

This is the amount it cost us to process your order, this varies for different restaurants.

Can I order from many restaurants at a time?

As a customer, you can make as many orders as you wish. However, if you order food from different restaurants, each order has to be confirmed and finalized separately. This means that you have to finish your current order if you want to proceed and make a new order from another restaurant.

This is necessary so that Easy Appetite can send each order to the correct restaurant. Remember that when ordering from a new restaurant there may be a different minimum order value or delivery charge over which Easy Appetite has no control.

Why should I order on Easy Appetite?

Easy Appetite is reliable and easy to use. Our aim is to be running the best website for online food ordering in Nigeria, so we have put great effort into creating a user-friendly website. We are concentrating on sustaining our competitiveness by constantly improving the quality of our service and making developments to the website. You will see us launching new services in the future.

What do I do if there is a problem?

If you have encountered a problem while using Easy Appetite, please do not hesitate to contact us. Customer services will be available between 8am -6pm at all times when the website is running.

Too long delivery time?

If you have been waiting for an unreasonably long time, please contact us via the feedback button, email ( or call us on the phone number that is provided on the contact us page. Try to be understanding with delivery drivers fighting through traffic they are nearly always trying their best!

Wrong order?

If you have not received your order in full, please contact us via the feedback button, email ( or call us on the phone number provided on the contact us page. The restaurant is obliged to return with the correct item and should do their best to rectify the situation.

Bad quality?

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food you have received you will be able to leave feedback on the website. Each restaurant has its own feedback that customers who order through Easy Appetite have left. Easy Appetite guarantees that all reviews and ratings on the website are genuine and have not been manipulated and that all complaints will be dealt with promptly. However, it should be noted that refunds are not available in cases of dissatisfaction with the food unless there is agreement from the restaurant.

No confirmation e-mail after I placed order?

If you have not received an e-mail confirming your order shortly after you have placed it make sure that you have checked all spam folders. Even if the first email has been received the second may be diverted by some email clients into the spam folder. If you still have not received the confirmation email you can check by emailing us at or click on the feedback button.

How do I recommend my favourite restaurant?

If your favourite restaurant isn't listed then just click on the Recommend a restaurant link at the bottom of the homepage and we will do our best to sign them up.

What is the membership? Why do you need my details and are they secure?

Once you become a member you can place orders, and for future orders you do not have to enter your address again, we also give you access to a wallet which you can fund. We keep your details secure and will never pass them on to any person or organisation other than the restaurant you have ordered from. We only ask for essential information to process your order and only use it for this purpose.

How do I fund my wallet?

Transfer money to Regoj Technologies Limited account of Guaranty trust bank, account number 0119087360, Logon to your Easy Appetite account go to the recharge page, fill the form, we will verify payment and fund your account within 24hrs.

Why was I sent an email immediately I filled my details?

The first time you use our platform, we register an account for you and send your username and password to your email address automatically, this is to enable us keep track of our users effectively.

Can I order by telephone?

Easy is an online platform and we do not accept phone orders.

When should I contact Easy Appetite staff?

If you are totally unsatisfied with the response that a restaurant has given you then please email and a member of our team attend to your email. Please note that we can't negotiate refunds on behalf of restaurant owners and it is up to the restaurant owner to make those decisions.
